Stamping

The study of every product’s stamping process begins with the design of the mould. Thanks to the synergy of the companies in the group, each mould is made to guarantee the optimisation of stamping. Stamping technical articles with no flaws, and minimal variations in size, is guaranteed by the vast experience of our team and our specific approach to stamping, by process controls and scheduled maintenance of the moulds.

Every year S.A.R.A. makes investments to renew its machinery and dedicates resources to its maintenance in compliance with the IATF Standard with plans for preventive and predictive actions that are being constantly updated.

Assembly is carried out both manually, with specific tools, or by electronic machinery that assembles and checks the parts. There are detailed instructions with specific images for each stage of the process. Quality accompanies each stage so that improvements are constantly added to the process, with a poka-yoke mentality. For each new work order a transversal production, quality and technical division team plans the assembly and control cycle to ensure maximum efficiency and effectiveness.

The end product is then carefully packaged with packing techniques that will also guarantee the conformity of the piece during the subsequent stages of storage and shipping.

The colours, in more than 300 shades, are fully checked with a spectrophotometer.
The use of a tintometer makes it possible to produce paint in any shade to comply with the client’s reference place.
