Stamping of thermoplastic TECHNOPOLYMERS, loaded and reinforced with presses up to 2400 tons.

AUTOMOTIVE QUALITY

IATF 16949:2016 Certification, control systems to guarantee quality.

ASSEMBLY

Assembly, including complex assembly with metal and plastic inserts. Use of automatic equipment dedicated to assembly and control.

OTHER PROCESSING

Painting to automotive standards, hot stamping, cutting with 5 axes machine tools.

Established in 1938 in Brescia, S.A.R.A. Ing. Sandro Benussi srl is 100% Italian and specialises in producing technical articles in thermoplastic materials for the automotive industry. THE COMPANY

Established in 1938, S.A.R.A. not only focuses on technical innovation in the moulding process, with increasingly efficient materials, but also on increasing efficiency in manufacturing complex moulds for the automotive industry.

DESIGN

In synergy with the companies in the GROUP, S.A.R.A. analyses the needs of the client and carries out a full feasibility study to optimise the mould and offer solutions that are technically and economically competitive. Solid know-how linked to stamping allows for conscious design and effective mould construction right from the very first mould test.

PRODUCTION

On a surface area of more than 15,000 m2, S.A.R.A. moulds with thermoplastic materials, including the loaded and reinforced, using presses from 50 to 2400 Tons. Each year the company invests to renew the machinery and equipment used in these processes with a view to constant improvement.
